(March 3, 2012) SACRAMENTO, Calif. — With all of the dissenting talk about buying products manufactured overseas, you might think the U.S. handmade bicycle industry is be poised to gain a lot of extra business from citizens right here on home soil. But some of the industry’s leading framebuilders say the trend to “buy locally” will not make a huge difference in the handmade community.

One of the new communities, the cycling infused town of Boulder, proves to create a memorable stage for both racers and spectators.
