MSC #3, Wildflower Rush is a part of the Mountain States Cup (MSC)--the largest full-discipline (endurance and gravity) race series in the United
States. The weekend is packed full of big racing for all athletes. The Fat Tire 40 cross country races provides 40 miles of Crested Butte’s best
singletrack. The Fat Tire 40 is open to pro, CAT 1 and an open “Wildcat” class. There will be a separate course/distances for CAT 2, CAT 3 and
Juniors. Cross country and super d will take place on Saturday and downhill will be on Sunday. Cross country and downhill are qualifiers for the 2012 USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships.
